How do you get the clear night shots without the people being blurry?

These derailments are the reason why I keep disappearing every once in a while.

Anyways, there are two reasons why the people are not blurred. The first is that railroaders are a lazy bunch and hence, they are not working. Secondly, we had portable stadium lighting covering the derailment site and it helped me reduce my aperture to around thirty.

so a PennDot job with minimal lighting and low aperture can make possible for a clear shot.
